These Terms govern your use of n0dejs.live and any services provided by AHACTACIA ПАРХОМЕНКО ("we", "N0dejs"). By using our website you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide professional web design, web development, redesign, basic SEO, and ongoing support services. Specific deliverables, timelines and pricing are agreed in individual project proposals.

2. Quotes and Payments

Prices listed on the website are estimates. Final pricing is confirmed in a written proposal. Standard projects require an upfront deposit, with remaining balance due at agreed milestones or upon delivery.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback and required content. Delays caused by missing materials may extend project timelines.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables prepared specifically for them. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Revisions

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds. Additional revisions are available at our standard hourly rate.

6. Warranties & Liability

We provide services with reasonable skill and care. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate engagement with written notice. Fees for work completed up to termination remain payable.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Kyiv, Ukraine.
